Targeting VPA and PD as departments <br /> where savings can best be captured. <br /> o Explore partnership with Amazon Government Services to determine whether additional savings can be <br /> achieved. <br /> Provide robust physical and technological assets to residents & employees <br /> o Department of Administration & Finance <br /> o Working closely with IT as well as other City departments, in 2019, the Department of Administration and <br /> Finance will complete the bulk of the work necessary to implement Microsoft Dynamics FO. This includes <br /> a full review of processes and redesign of procedures to attain best practices as the new system is <br /> designed.
