The City reserves the right to submit samples of'the <br />polyphosphate product to an independent laboratory of <br />the City's choice fbr chemical, biological, and physical <br />analysis and testing. <br />2. Any product which, in the City's opinion, contains <br />hazardous or deleterious substance or fails to comply <br />with these specifications will be disqualified. <br />3. The cost of this analysis and testing will be incurred by <br />the vendor with the understanding that a maximum of <br />ten samples per year will be submitted <br />4. Guaranteed minimum available phosphate percentage <br />as PO4 is to be Eighty Percent (80%). <br />1. List of data that confirms products effect on (a) copper, <br />(b) sequestration <br />2. List of'data that confirms company' experience in other <br />cities and technical support. <br />1. The supplier shall provide a certified chemical analysis <br />of'a polyphosphate product sample taken from the <br />production facility from which he proposes to supply the <br />City of South Bend. <br />2.
