MAIN STREET <br />Mr. Gilot stated a Revocable Permit has been received for the purpose of replacing an existing <br />awning with one (1) of the same size to update the business name to reflect the current business. <br />The encroachment shall remain in the right-of-way at 903 S. Main Street until such time the <br />Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend shall determine that such encroachment is in <br />any way impairing or interfering with the highway or with the free and same flow of traffic. <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Dorau, seconded by Ms. Miller and carried, the Revocable Permit <br />was approved. <br />TABLE PETITION TO VACATE THE FIRST HALF EAST/WEST ALLEY SOUTH OF <br />WEST INDIANA AVENUE FROM SOUTH MICHIGAN STREET TO NORTH/SOUTH <br />ALLEY <br />Mr. Gilot indicated that Delta 1 Properties LLC, 1609 S. Michigan Street, South Bend, IN <br />46613, has submitted a request to vacate the above referenced alley but there is a request to table <br />this. Therefore, Ms. Dorau made a motion recommending to table the request for vacation.
