<br />BE : I.T RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WOR S OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
<br />BEND, ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, STATE OF INDIANA, that it is <fes fired and deeAmd necessary
<br />to improve Allen Strut, from .an Buren St-reet to Partage Avenue as follo'ms, to"wit:M
<br />Said street shall be graded and the roadway thereof shall be paved; and
<br />also the roadway of. certain portions of the streets and alley which enter r intersect
<br />said street shall be gr graded and paved. The paving material to be used in making
<br />said improvement shall be Portland cement concrete, Sheet Asphalt, bitulithic,
<br />asphalt-ic concrete or, brick, and the foundation shall be pertland event concrete.
