Our current workload changes on <br />a weekly basis, and while we can report generally on our customers and the work we have <br />previously performed, all other ongoing construction may be contractually proprietary in nature <br />and subject to confidentiality provisions in those contracts. However, our current obligations and <br />backlog do not in any way limit our ability to take on more work. <br />4 Legal, Insurance and Bonding <br />4.1 Legal <br />4.1.1 Statement Regarding Claims and Litigation <br />Michels Corporation has never been involved in a bond forfeiture. <br />Although it is our preference to work privately and informally with owners and other contractors <br />to resolve disputes, in the past we have been required to file a small number of claims as <br />12 <br />
