One mobilization of one drive rig to install sheeting for the earth retention system. Additional mobilizations will be charged @ $35,000/ea. 2. Shop drawings and calculations stamped by an Indiana licensed Professional Engineer. 3. Furnish and install ±285 wf of earth retention inside the North and East property line. 4. Earth retention to be installed to 2' below existing grade and abandoned in place. 5. 1285 WF of two wire safety fence without toeboard is included. Removal and maintenance of the safety cable is excluded. 6. Payment and Performance Bond. Dry, firm, and level access for our piling rig and equipment is to be furnished and maintained by others. Benches and slopes into the sidewalk/public way per our requirements will be required by others. 2. All above ground and underground asphalt, concrete, utilities, rock removal, power lines, etc., to be removed by others. The site must be ready for continuous operation. Obstruction delays defined as any object which impedes, damages, or causes misalignment of piling utilizing the equipment on site will be charged at $1,650/hr. Obstruction free sheeting line a minimum of 18" below top of sheet elevation is to be prepared prior to mobilization. 3. Unlimited headroom 4' clear is required by others. OSHA clearances for power lines are required by others. Removal of any obstructions (i.e. planters, trees, traffic pole lights,boxes etc.) that impede the ability to install or deliver material and/or equipment is required by others. 4. Flagging and traffic control for anything other than our equipment and material deliveries is excluded. 5. Dewatering and pumping, if required, by others per our design requirements. Winter conditions are excluded. 6. Maximum excavation is to 14' below existing grade. 7. Vibration monitoring is excluded. We intend to install the piles using conventional impact and/or vibratory hammers. Some noise and vibration will be transferred to the surrounding structures. Pre -construction survey of existing structures is excluded. 8. Layout, surveying and grades are by others. Corners and intermediate points are required by others. 9. Trimming of earth retention system is excluded. Intent is to install 2' below existing grade. 10. AutoCAD drawing files for design are required by others at no cost to Michels.
