5, The Urban Renewal Plan Objectives and the Land Use Provisions and <br />building Requirements enumerated above will be applicable to real property <br />included within the project area. All existing uses which are not to <br />be acquired shall be made to conform to or be in harmony with the Urban <br />Renewal Plan Objectives. <br />SMARY OF CONTROL AND RESTRICTIONS <br />AREA <br />F.A.R.
