REGULAR MEETING <br />JANUARY 14, 2008 <br />are all necessary to bring the Key Tower Building to class "A" space and make it possible <br />for Baker & Daniels to be a long term tenant in the downtown South Bend building. <br />A Public Hearing was held on the Resolution at this time. <br />There being no one present wishing to speak to the Council either in favor of or in <br />opposition to this Resolution, Councilmember Dieter made a motion to adopt this <br />Resolution.
