<br />There being no one present wishing to speak to the Council either in favor of or in
<br />opposition to this Resolution, Councilmember White made a motion to adopt this
<br />Resolution. Councilmember Kirsits seconded the motion which carried by a roll call vote
<br />of nine (9) ayes.

<br />Councilmember Dieter made a motion to continue this bill until the January 28, 2008
<br />meeting of the Council. Councilmember Puzzello seconded the motion which carried by
