<br />KNOW ALL MEEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we Williston Construction Company
<br />of the County of Lake State of Indiana as pr inc ipal, and London & Lancashire Indemnity
<br />Company of America of the County of New York and State of New York as sureties, are held
<br />and firmly bound to the City of South Bend, Indiana,, in the sum of Seven Thousand
<br />and seventy eight dollars ($7,078.00) for the payment of which, well and truly to be
<br />made, we jointly and severally 1 ind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators
<br />and ass igns , f firmly by these presents.
<br />The c ond1t ions of the ob ligat ion are such that if the above naWeed Wiliston
<br />Construction Company shall :faithfully comply with the foregoing contract made and entered
<br />into the-15th., day of April . 1919 with the City of South Bend, Ind Iana ' and shall fulfill
<br />all the c.ond it ions and st ipulat ions therein contained, according to the true intent
<br />and meaning thereof, in all respects, then this �ibligation bo be void, _otherwise
<br />to be and remain in full force and. virtues in law. In the event the said City shall extend
<br />the, time flor the completion of said work, such extension shall- no in any way releases the
<br />surGt ie8 on this bond.
<br />This shall be a c ornstruct ion -bond, and_ the sureties on the same shall not be
<br />held responAdble for the maintenance and _repair of the improvement after -it has been ac-
<br />cepted by*the second party, but such-snxtc :lea shall be }field responatible for the
<br />faithful c-ompl iance with all other c and it ions, st ipulat ions and requirements ,covered by or
