<br />ESQLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS QF:THE CITY OF SOUTH --BEND
<br />ST. JOSEPH COUNTY STATE OF INDIANAm, that - it, is desired and deemed necessary
<br />to imPrOve Sample Street from Walnut Street to OliveStreet as follows, to -wit:-
<br />Said-8tree-t shall be graded and the roadway thereof shall be paved;_
<br />and also the roadway of certain Portions of the "streets and alleys which enter or
<br />intersect said street' shall" be graded and paved The paving material to be , used
<br />in making said improvement. -shall be "Sheet Asphalt, B.itulithic, Asphaltic concrete
<br />or Brick, and the foundation shall 'be portland cement, concrete five (5) inches
