These additional services include preparing a legal <br />description and parcel plat for the permanent right -of -way, along with the acquisition of the <br />right -of -way from Horizon Bank, required to construct the project. <br />We are requesting that you recommend our enclosed Professional Services Agreement <br />Amendment for approval.
