The <br />original agreement dated April 9, 2007, included complete design of an Olive Road /Pine Road Connector <br />(Phase 2). Per your request, we have identified separate scope and fee for 30% design plans and right of way <br />(W engineering for Phase 2. <br />We hope that this Supplemental Agreement meets with your approval and acceptance.
