Naturally, as is customary within the surety industry, the issuance of any bid or final <br />bonds is always contingent upon a satisfactory underwriting review at the time a request for bonds is made. <br />This review may include, but not be limited to, acceptable terms, conditions, documents, bond forms and <br />confirmation of an acceptable financing source and payment provisions. It should be understood that any <br />arrangement for surety bonds is a matter strictly between Peerless -Midwest, hic. and Travelers.
