This price is for modifying the two exhaust fans and associated ductwork per <br />RFI #038. As previously discussed/sketched, this includes mounting the fans on the floor of the 2nd <br />floor mechanical room to small, fabricated exhaust plenum boxes. The exhaust from the fan will run <br />to the West out the sidewall. The exhaust from the restroom to the fan will go through the floor and <br />will have a grille installed in the restroom ceiling. We could not use the grilles that came with the <br />fans since it is plastic and will only work if attached directly to the fan. The total is $684.44. <br />Breakdown is as follows: <br />• Stalker's Sheet Metal: $616.00 <br />• Subcontractor Mark -Up (+10% Gross): $68.44 <br />Total: $684.44 <br />Grilles have a lead time of approximately 4 weeks from date of order.
