The school zone flashers are a necessary means to help protect <br />children, teachers and other individuals from high -volume vehicular traffic and <br />is a continuation of a multi -phased effort to provide school -related pedestrian <br />safety. Our Project Manager, Mark Herald, PE, is already familiar with some of <br />the City's pedestrian safety measures as he was the project manager on both the <br />Lincoln Primary and Perley Fine Arts Academy Safe Routes to School (SRTS) design <br />projects.
