He also prepares USACE 404 and <br />IDEM 401 wetland and stream permits, scope and fee <br />proposals for merit -based project selections. <br />Alan has demonstrated success in all elements of wetland <br />and stream mitigation from site selection to design and <br />construction. His abilities are <br />informed by years as a field project manager on Road, <br />Bridge, Drainage, and Traffic Designs for INDOT, LPA, <br />County, City, and Town projects across Indiana. <br />Ben has effectively coordinated utilities on a wide range <br />of projects: Indy Go FTA - DPW 13 mile 46 M primarily <br />in dense urban environment, INDOT-LPA Brownsburg <br />0.5 mi burying of all utilities on during multiple adjoining <br />developments affecting utility planning, numerous INDOT <br />bridge and road projects.
