When there are scarce resources everywhere, it is not wise to be shifting Enterprise Fund needs to Redevelopment Fund dollars We have done it because we've seen needs and have tried to fill gaps wherever we can. That is one (1) where we have identified a discreet project. If it was ongoing, that would be an issue. Councilmember Broden interjected, Ongoing, is that under a year? Or are there more specifics on that? Dr. Mueller replied, The Statute is not that clear. Councilmember Broden followed, That is really surprising that workforce development is excluded out of that. Dr. Mueller stated, I think,historically, we've also contributed to projects for the schools so there have been various initiatives. Councilmember Broden interjected, But that's ongoing though.
