CONSTRUCTION BOND. 0 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we Bruno DePeape of the Couikty of St. Joseph State of Indiana as principal, and United States Fidelity & Guaranty Co. of the St. Jose oh County, and State pf Indiana as sureties, are held firmly bound to the City of South Bend, Indiana., in tne sum of One 2Axx Thousand Six Hundred and ninety one Dollars ($l,,691.00) for the p&yment of which, well and truly to be made, we'jointly and severally bind ourslevaa our heirs,, executors , adminstrators and assigns, firmly by these presents. The condition of the obligation are such that if the above named Bruno De Peap'4 .shall- faithfully comply with the foing'c'ontrac�t, made and entered into this 5th. day of July 1917 with'the City of South Bend, Indiana, and shall full illall the cand i- t iorLs and stipulations therein contoined,,'according to the true intent and meaning there,of,- in all respects, then this obligation to be void, otherwise to be and remain in full force and virtue in law. In the event the said City shall extend the time for the c,ompletion o;f-.said work, such extension shall not in any way release the aura ices on this bond.
