SAK Construction, LLC is a joint <br />sponsor of the Laborers' District Council of Ohio -Apprenticeship Program. SAK Construction, Construction, <br />LLC has a formal agreement between it Laborers' District Council of Ohio and CBCTC Building Futures <br />program. <br />As you are aware, CBCT Building Futures is a one -of -a -kind workforce development organization with the <br />primary goal of introducing potential participants to careers in the organized construction industry, enhance the <br />technical skills of the participants, and help them gain life, employability and career skills to become <br />competitive candidates to qualify for building trades registered apprenticeship opportunity with SAK <br />Construction, LLC. <br />In addition to partnership with contractors, CBCT Building Futures has partnered with Impact Community <br />Action and Franklin County to recruit, underrepresented populations for the CBCT Building Futures pre - <br />apprenticeship to registered apprenticeship pathway. The model, which combines a combination of social <br />services, community support, job training and education that positions the participants for entry and success in <br />the building and construction workforce. By utilizing this innovate pre -apprenticeship model, it is the express <br />intention of the CBCTC and its labor and apprenticeship program partners to provide career opportunities for <br />displaced workers and restored citizens in the City of Columbus and Central Ohio region. <br />Thank you for your participation and continued involved with the CBCT Building Futures program and <br />providing displaced workers and restored citizens in our community and an opportunity for a career in the <br />construction Industry. <br />Sincerely, <br />Dorsey Hager, Jr. <br />Chairman, CBCT Building Futures <br />
