The Board noted there are three (3) property owners that may use the alley to access <br />the north/south alley for garage access. Mr. Gilot suggested the petitioner be contacted to see if <br />they could enter into a cross access easement agreement with the other property owners that <br />would allow them ten (10) feet of access through the alley to the back of their properties. Ms. <br />Maradik noted the alley is not the same level as the sides of the properties, it sits lower, so it <br />might be difficult to create a drive. She made a motion to table the request until the petitioner <br />could be contacted. Ms. Dorau seconded the motion, which carried. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Doran and carried, the following traffic <br />control device requests were approved: <br />NEW INSTALLATION: Handicapped Accessible Parking Space Sign <br />LOCATIONS: 429 S. Indiana Avenue <br />REMARKS: All criteria has been met <br />APPROVE CONSENTS TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO <br />REMONSTRATE <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of the following Consents to Annexation and <br />Waivers of Right to Remonstrate. The Consents indicate that in consideration for permission to <br />tap into public water/sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide water/sanitary sewer service <br />to the below referenced properties, the applicants waive and release any and all rights to <br />remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexations of the properties by the City of <br />South Bend: <br />A.
