9 <br />Discovery <br />• Scope — Signature Graphics employs a consultative approach at the beginning of each project to <br />understand the expectations of each individual project, exploring and building a plan around the <br />South Bend Police Department's need both during and after a factory order cycle, vehicle on - <br />road lifetimes and end -of -lease costs. <br />• Brand Guidelines — Signature Graphics confirms and maintains that all graphic elements within <br />the project are met and adhered to for each branding program including logo lockups, color, <br />placement, aesthetics and on -road brand awareness. <br />• Expectations — Signature Graphics explores and builds a plan based upon the City of South <br />Bend's timing expectations from branding adherence, OEM order to delivery timelines, vendor <br />chain requirements, in -field repair/replacement requirements and ease of removal at lease <br />termination or end -of -vehicle -lifetime. <br />Fleet Design <br />• Vehicle Specifications —Signature Graphics confirms each vehicle make and model included in <br />an order cycle. <br />• Design Creation — Signature Graphics provides individual layouts for each vehicle make and <br />model, configuration and branding scheme, making all necessary revisions in conjunction with <br />the SBPD Design Team. <br />• Design Approval —All individual design layouts are presented for review and signed approval <br />prior to implementation of any final design. <br />• Design Finalization — Upon approval of final two-dimensional designs, Signature Graphics <br />provides layouts to necessary vendor chain partners or OEMs for installer reference. <br />Pre -Production Engineering <br />• Material Determination — Signature Graphics considers vinyl material specifications based upon <br />brand requirements, intended life -expectancy of the graphics and removability at the term of <br />vehicle lease or end -of -vehicle -lifetime. <br />
