iAF <br />Fulfillment <br />Stocking Terms — Signature Graphics offers multiple term agreements: <br />• Paid Stocking Terms — All graphics are produced and held in our warehouse as paid inventory. <br />All graphics are invoiced at the completion of the manufacturing process. Release of inventory <br />will incur a handling fee and shipping cost only. Material is held in paid stock for a period of 12 <br />months at which time Signature Graphics reserves the right to review distribution of remaining <br />inventory. <br />• Bulk Shipping — All graphics are produced, shipped and invoiced immediately upon completion <br />of the manufacturing process. There is no warehousing stock available. <br />• Personalized graphics — Signature graphics will organize, cut, sort and package per vehicle <br />graphic elements that are unique to each vehicle such as unit numbers, license numbers, etc. <br />• Shipping Terms — All graphics are shipped F.O.B. Porter, IN. A $10.00 release charge is incurred <br />per unique shipment. <br />Release of Inventory —Signature Graphics can receive, process and invoice for purchase orders from the <br />South Bend Police Department. <br />• Releases can be received via Online Ordering, email, or fax. <br />• Release of material from warehoused stock is processed for shipment within three days from <br />date of purchase order/request receipt. <br />• UPS or FeclEx tracking information can be automatically transmitted via email upon shipment of <br />warehouse releases from stock. <br />• LTL and combined tracking information can be made available through a pre -planned reporting <br />structure or upon request. <br />Inventory maintenance <br />• Warehousing Capability - Signature Graphics has a 15,000 square foot, environmentally - <br />controlled warehouse storing anywhere from $12-15 million worth of finished customer graphic <br />inventory. <br />• Storage - Graphics are stored flat in a temperature -controlled environment to avoid damage and <br />moisture and humidity effects. <br />• Inventory management - Inventory levels, including is reported on a monthly basis. <br />• Restocking - Inventory levels that fall below a minimum stocking level are communicated and <br />restock orders presented for approval prior to any production restock order. <br />
