Company paid counseling secession are available. This program is totally confidential to <br />only the employee and his/her counselor and can be entered into by the employee's direct <br />contact with PAS-EAP or by recommendation of a Supervisor or others within the <br />company. POSITIVE RESULT: "Positive Result" means any confirmed result under an Alcohol, <br />Drug, and/or Controlled Substance Test received from the MRO. A "first" positive is the <br />first Positive Result on record with the Company. A "first" Positive Result will not be <br />expunged or removed from the employee's personnel drug file; it will always remain on <br />record. A "second" Positive Result is any Positive Result after the "first" which is received <br />by the MRO under any Drug, Controlled Substance or Alcohol Test administered pursuant <br />to the Policy and filed on record with the Company. A "second" Positive Result prohibits <br />an individual from continuing employment, being hired presently or at anytime in the <br />future. <br />V. SCREENING TEST: "Screening Test" means each of the following as well as <br />i. initial test: <br />ii. For an Alcohol Test, a "Screening Test" means an analytical procedure to <br />determine whether a Driver may have a prohibited concentration of Alcohol <br />in his or her system; <br />iii. For the Drug, or Controlled Substances Test, a "Screening Test" means an <br />immunoassay screen (or other DHHS-approved test) to eliminate "negative" <br />urine specimens from further consideration. <br />W. SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROFESSIONAL or SAP: "Substance Abuse Professional" or <br />"SAP" means a licensed physician (Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy), or a licensed <br />or certified psychologist, social worker, employee assistance professional, or addiction <br />counselor (certified by the National Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors <br />Certification Commission or by the International Certification Reciprocity <br />Consortium/Alcohol & Other Drug Abuse). All must have knowledge of and clinical <br />experience in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders related to Alcohol, Drug, and/or <br />Controlled Substance use and abuse. <br />X. LJI)ERV1SOR: "Supervisor" means a management or supervisory employee. <br />Y.
