EXHIBIT A Scope of Services 1. Continue to assist with the planning and implementation of the City's 2018 Bloomberg Mayors Challenge project and other Engagement & Economic Empowerment team projects, including but not limited to attending team meetings and providing input to group discussions. 2. Develop partnerships to improve the communication capacity of the City and the engagement of residents living in the City by, among other efforts, coordinating workshops, offering technical assistance and facilitating Engagement & Empowerment team projects with community stakeholders. Consideration Consultant shall work a minimum of 80 hours per month and a maximum of 120 hours per month, reported weekly with sufficient detail of the services provided to the City, no later than the end of business on Friday of each week during the Term. Services are to be provided during the times and on days determined by mutual agreement between the parties. In consideration of the satisfactory services provided by Consultant, as determined in the sole discretion of the City, consultant will be compensated in the amount of five thousand dollars ($5,000) for the services rendered. The total contract amount shall not exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000).
