EXHIBIT A <br />Scope of Services <br />1. Continue to assist with the planning and implementation of the City's 2018 Bloomberg <br />Mayors Challenge project and other Engagement & Economic Empowerment team <br />projects, including but not limited to attending team meetings and providing input to <br />group discussions. <br />2. Develop partnerships to improve the communication capacity of the City and the <br />engagement of residents living in the City by, among other efforts, coordinating <br />workshops, offering technical assistance and facilitating Engagement & Empowerment <br />team projects with community stakeholders. <br />Consideration <br />Consultant shall work a minimum of 80 hours per month and a maximum of 120 hours per <br />month, reported weekly with sufficient detail of the services provided to the City, no later than <br />the end of business on Friday of each week during the Term. Services are to be provided during <br />the times and on days determined by mutual agreement between the parties. In consideration of <br />the satisfactory services provided by Consultant, as determined in the sole discretion of the City, <br />consultant will be compensated in the amount of five thousand dollars ($5,000) for the services <br />rendered. The total contract amount shall not exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000). <br />
