Resolution <br />No. 3028 sets the acquisition value of the <br />property at $21,000, the average of two <br />independent appraisals. Staff requests <br />approval of Resolution No. 3028. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 3028 <br />related to acquisition of property in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. (1522 Prairie Ave.) <br />Mr. Relos noted that 1522 Prairie was added <br />to the Airport Economic Development Area's <br />Acquisition List by Resolution No. 2668 on <br />May 21, 2010. The is a 3,200 square foot, <br />one story warehouse building. Resolution <br />No. 3029 sets the acquisition value of the <br />property at $28,500, the average of two <br />independent appraisals.
