REGULAR MEETING MARCH 26, 2012 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Councilmember Oliver Davis stated that he has spoken with former Councilmember Tim <br />Rouse on this issue and had asked him to submit a bill to include ex-felons in the Human <br />Rights Ordinance. Councilmember Varner made a motion to pass this bill. <br />Councilmember White seconded the motion which carried.
