Airport Economic Development Area <br /> (1) Staff report on acquisition of property. <br /> (1509 S. Scott St.) <br /> Mr. Relos noted that 1509 S. Scott was added <br /> to the Airport Economic Development Area's <br /> Acquisition List by Resolution No. 2668 on <br /> May 21, 2010. The property is a two story, <br /> three bedroom, 1,056 square foot single <br /> family residence. Resolution No. 3014 sets <br /> the acquisition value of the property at <br /> $5,400, the average value as determined by <br /> two independent appraisals. Staff requests <br /> approval of Resolution No. 3014, to allow for <br /> the acquisition of this property. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION No.3014 <br /> Mr. Davis and unanimously carried, the RELATED TO ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY IN THE <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 3014 AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA <br /> related to acquisition of property in the (1509 S.
