Mr. Gilot asked if all eighteen (18) companies were present. Mr. Bueno <br />stated there were only thirteen (13) present of the eighteen (18) invited but they also sent a draft <br />of the permit to all of them prior to the changes. He noted they allowed them time to review and <br />make any comments. Mr. Eric Horvath, Public Works, explained the local limits got more <br />stringent and it gives the City the ability to set limits that help to protect the environment. Mr. <br />Gilot questioned what the controlling factor was. Ms.. Trapp stated it was monthly limits to <br />sludge. Mr. Gilot questioned if the bio solids are beneficially reused. Ms. Trapp confirmed they <br />are.
