GacoFlex Coating <br />50-Year Limited Material Warranty <br />Gaco Western, LLC warrants GacoFlex Coating to be free <br />of defects in material for a period of 50 years and to meet <br />published physical properties at the time of manufacture. <br />IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS: <br />There are no expressed warranties, other than the warranties <br />described above, and no implied warranties, such as warranties <br />of fitness or merchantability. <br />The buyer's sole remedy in the event of a breach of warranty is <br />for Gaco Western, LLC to replace any non -conforming products <br />with conforming Gaco Western, LLC products. Gaco Western, LLC <br />will not be liable for direct, incidental or consequential damages <br />of any kind under any circumstances. <br />OTHER LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS: <br />The warranty is void if the GacoFlex Coating is painted, patched or <br />covered over in any way with any product other than GacoFlex Coatings. <br />1. The warranty does not cover any labor costs for inspection, testing or <br />repair of the GacoFlex Coating or any other labor costs. <br />2. Any claim under this warranty shall be sent in writing to Gaco Western, <br />LLC Warranty Claims Manager at the address below and shall include a <br />description of the product defect and any information indicating <br />warranty liability and also shall include proof of purchase with original <br />receipt. <br />3. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have <br />other rights which vary from state to state.
