With this delay, below is the tentative new schedule: <br /> APC Public Hearing: 2/21/12 <br /> APC Report to Council: 2/27/12 <br /> Council Advertisement: 3/2/12 <br /> Resolution to Clerk: by 3/21/12 <br /> 2nd Reading: 3/26/12 <br /> 3rd Reading: 4/9/12 <br /> Advertised/Appeal Period Start: 4/20/12 <br /> Appeal Period End/Annexation Effective: 5/20/12 <br /> I understand from APC that the special exception for this property is scheduled for public hearing and <br /> consideration at the February 13 Common Council meeting but could be tabled to match the timing of the fiscal <br /> plan and annexation/rezoning. <br /> Please let me know if you have any questions or if I've made any errors in the schedule.
