The funding for <br /> this proposed expenditure comes from receipt of a third party payment from McLarens <br /> Young International, Inc. for a fire loss at the"Friendship Station"playground complex <br /> at Belleville Park in November, 2011. No City tax revenue is being used. <br /> Parks and Recreation Director Phil St. Clair and I will present this bill to the Common <br /> Council at the appropriate committee and council meetings.
