Kemble <br /> in the amount of$7,400. <br /> (4) Resolution No. 2996 related to acquisition <br /> of property in the Airport Economic <br /> Development Area (1510 S. Taylor St). <br /> Mr. Relos noted that 1510 S. Taylor St. was <br /> added to the Airport Economic Development <br /> Area Acquisition List by Resolution No. <br /> 2596 on August 26, 2009. The property is a <br /> one story, three bedroom single family <br /> residence with a two car garage and full <br /> basement. This property is currently vacant <br /> and is the last property on Taylor Street that <br /> is not owned by the Commission. <br /> Resolution No. 2996 sets the acquisition <br /> value of the property at $23,500, the average <br /> of two independent appraisals.
