South Bend Central Development Area <br /> (7) continued... <br /> properly complete the Gates property <br /> acquisition it was determined that the <br /> properties needed to be on the South Bend <br /> Central Development Area acquisition list <br /> rather than having the parcels donated to the <br /> Board of Public Works. <br /> The properties have previously been <br /> appraised at $115,000 and that is the <br /> negotiated price the Commission will <br /> ultimately pay for the properties as part of <br /> the previously approved administrative <br /> settlement. <br /> Staff requests approval of Declaratory <br /> Resolution No. 3006. Staff also requests <br /> authorization to schedule a public hearing for <br /> the confirming resolution for either the <br /> March 13 or March 27 Commission meeting. <br /> Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION No.3006 <br /> Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the AMENDING THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 3006 SOUTH BEND CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA <br /> AND ADDING ONE OR MORE PROPERTIES TO THE <br /> amending the Development Plan for the LIST OF PROPERTIES TO BE ACQUIRED AND <br /> South Bend Central Development Area and AUTHORIZED STAFF TO SCHEDULE A PUBLIC <br /> adding one or more properties to the List of HEARING IN MARCH ON RESOLUTION No.3006. <br /> Properties to be Acquired and authorized (GATES ACQUISITIONS); <br /> staff to schedule a Public Hearing in March <br /> on Resolution No. 3006. (Gates acquisitions) <br /> C.
