The South Bend Code Enforcement Department,in partnership with <br /> the Solid Waste Department,has expanded an illegal dumping cleanup program to South Bend Symphony Orchestra <br /> revitalize the neighborhoods and alleys of our city. On January 9,the Common Council unanimously March 21 8pm <br /> approved to expand the program to continue tackling the problem of illegal dumping <br /> in our neighborhoods.
