Email report to Architect the same day as <br />inspection occurs; mail report on manufacturer's letterhead to Architect within 2 days after <br />inspection. <br />Manufacturer's Qualification Statement, <br />Installer's Qualification Statement. <br />1.5 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />A. Manufacturer Qualifications: Company specializing in manufacturing products specified in <br />this section, with not less than three years documented experience. <br />B. Installer Qualifications: Company specializing in performing work of type specified and with <br />at least three years of documented experience <br />L6 MOCK-UP <br />A.
