To maintain our position <br />inside these industries and replace losses, we have been and will be forced to reinvest into the <br />business and upgrade our current capabilities. The new equipment will open up new <br />industries not currently serviced by our operations. The addition of this equipment will allow <br />us to cut heavier gauges and at a more competitive rate. Allowingpursue industries <br />such as :Conveyor roll, ROPS, Axel tubing, RV/Manufactured Housing and Truck Trailer <br />Landing Gear. In addition, the additional fabrication equipment will allow us to provide <br />additional value added capabilities tying us closer to existing accounts and to provide <br />services not available in existing markets, both domestic and internal. <br />25. The new manufacturing equipment will be used in the direct production, manufacture, <br />fabrication, assembly, extraction, mining, processing, refining, or finishing of other tangible <br />personal property and that the equipment was never before used by its owner for any purpose <br />in Indiana.
