Overview <br />City of South Bend (CoSB) currently maintains their Active Directory (AD) services infrastructure within the <br />Microlntegration (MI) Cloud hosted at Data -Realty. The AD services infrastructure consists of (6) virtual Servers currently <br />running Windows Server- 2008 r2 including Domain Controller roles, AD Federated Services roles, and AD Federated <br />Services Proxy Server roles. <br />CoSB desires to keep their Server based operating systems responsibly current while minimizing risk by migrating the AD <br />and ADFS infrastructure to the Windows 2016 Server platform. <br />Microlntegration is pleased to submit this Statement of Work to support CoSB in achieving its goals for migrating AD and <br />ADFS to Windows Server 2016. The new solution will consist of (6) new virtual servers with all current AD and ADFS roles <br />transitioned to new virtual servers. <br />Scope <br />All tasks included in the scope of this project are listed below. Any additional tasks requested by the customer and not <br />listed below will constitute the creation of a Project Change Request (PCR). The PCR will then be quoted to the customer <br />for acceptance. Upon acceptance, those tasks will be added to the project. <br />The following items are within scope of this project: <br />• Build (6) Windows Server 2016 servers and apply Microsoft Updates <br />• Install / configure Active Directory roles (DC, DNS, & FSMO roles) <br />• Install / configure ADFS services components (config database, SSL certificates, etc) <br />• Migrate / Configure new ADFS integration with Office 365 <br />• Migrate all DNS & DCP configurations to new DC's <br />• Provide testing / production validation of new Servers <br />• Configure / Modify any existing Active Directory, LDAP, or network integration points for new servers <br />+ Decommission existing CoSB Domain Controllers (including AD cleanup) <br />• Perform AD Functional upgrades for Forest & Domain <br />
