EXHIBIT E <br />Form of Commencement Certificate <br />COMMENCEMENT CERTIFICATE <br />This Commencement Certificate is made this _ day of , 2012, by and between the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, Department of Redevelopment ( "Landlord ") and St. Joe Valley Metronet, Inc. ( "Tenant "): <br />WITNESSETH <br />Landlord and Tenant are parties to that certain Lease, dated , 2012, for certain real estate in <br />South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana (the "Lease "). Pursuant to Section 3.1 of the Lease, Landlord and Tenant, <br />intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows: <br />1. The Commencement Date was January 1, 2012. <br />2.
