LDAP <br />NOTE; 'The following LDAP servers have been tested in conjunction with unI LOW and are reconnnended. <br />Any other similar• sojtivare should work with unirLOW but crust be tested in advance <br />Microsoft Windows Active Directory LDAP <br />• Microsoft Windows Active Directory LDAP over SSL <br />• Novell NDS <br />*NOTE: It is recommended that new installations of the uniFLOW Server and uniFLOW Remote Print Server (RPS) <br />systems be installed on Windows Server 2008 R2 or newer Windows Server operating systems. <br />*NOTE: Existing installations of uniFLOW on Windows 20D08 may be upgraded without upgrading the underlying <br />Windows Server OS - as long as the resultant uniFLOW version supports the Windows Server OS to which it is <br />installed. <br />Internet Explorer 6 to 10 are ]mown to be compatible with uniFLOW. <br />However, as Microsoft has discontinued the support for these versions, NT-ware will no longer test <br />older Internet Explorer versions than Internet Explorer 11. <br />For more information, please refer to the white paper Software Compatibility List for N "-ware <br />Products (MOMKB-471) in the NT-ware Knowledgebase. <br />Please note that registration is required in order to access the NT-ware Knowledgebase. <br />4..2 Hardware <br />This topic describes the minimum recommended hardware requirements for the uniFLOW Server and the uniFLOW RP5. <br />Actual requirements will vary based on your system configuration and the applications and features you choose to install. <br />Processor performance is not only dependent on the clock frequency of the processor, but the number of cores and the size of <br />the processor cache. Disk space requirements for the system partition, mentioned below, are approximate recommendations <br />and include sufficient disk space only for operating system, uniFLOW installation, and runtirrre processing - not space for <br />storage of print or scan jobs long term. <br />Recommended hardware requirements when the solution configuration does include <br />uniFLOW Advanced Scanning: <br />• CPU: <br />o Multi Core CPU with a 1.5 GHz minimum clock speed based on MFD count as follows: <br />1- 50 MFDs (4 CPU) <br />50- 75 MFDs (6 CPU) <br />75 - 1.25 MFDs (8 CPU) <br />• RAM: <br />o 8 GB <br />• Hard Disk Drive: <br />o Minimum of 80 GB of free disk space <br />_... __ ... ....... .... .... -_,. <br />This document is the property of and is proprietary to Canon Solutions America.
