This is Exhibit C, consisting of 3 pages, <br />referred to in and part of the Short Form <br />of Agreement between Owner and <br />Architect/Engineer for Professional <br />Services dated August 28, 2018. <br />Payment to Architect/Engineer for Services and Reimbursable Expenses <br />COMPENSATION PACKET BC-1: Basic Services — Lump Sum and Standard <br />Hourlv Rates <br />Article 2 of the Agreement is supplemented to include the following agreement of the <br />parties: <br />ARTICLE 2 — OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />C1.01 Compensation for Basic Services (other than Resident Project Representative) - <br />Lump Sun? and Standard Hourly Rates Method of Payment <br />A.
