Yoder Construction, Inc. is committed to protecting the safety, health and well-being <br />of its employees and all people who come in contact with its workplace(s) and property, <br />and/or use its products and services. <br />Recognizing that drug and alcohol abuse pose a direct a significant threat to this goal. <br />R. Yoder Construction, Inc. is committed to ensuring a substance -free working <br />environment for all its employees. <br />R. Yoder Construction, Inc. therefore strictly prohibits the illicit use, possession, sale, <br />conveyance, distribution, or manufacture of illegal drugs, intoxicants, or controlled <br />substances, in any amount or in any manner in accordance to the laws of the State of <br />Indiana (IC 4-13-18). <br />In addition, IR. Yoder Construction, Inc. strictly prohibits the abuse of alcohol or <br />prescriptions drugs. <br />Additionally, the use of tobacco products on any jobsite is strictly prohibited. <br />Any violation of this policy will result in adverse employment action up to and including <br />dismissal and referral for criminal prosecution. <br />All employees will be subject to random (5) panel drug testing to a minimum of one (1) <br />random sporadic drug test per year. A failed drug test would result in termination. <br />Drug testing will performed 'at "Medstat Urgent Care--& Occupational Health" <br />Rehire Eligibility Requirements: <br />Upon successfully completing a substance abuse rehabilitation program recommended <br />by a substance abuse professional, (and) a successful positive drug screen result, the <br />emp]oyee will become eligible for reinstatement, and will be subject to random sporadic <br />drug testing for a period of at least one (1) year. <br />
