Scope of Work and Cost Proposal for Beck's Lake NPL/LaSalle Park Area <br />August 6, 2018 <br />Page 6 of 8 <br />LIMIITATIION!S/QUALIFICATIONS <br />The sampling and testing of soil, groundwater and/or other materials not specifically <br />identified in this proposal is beyond the scope of services for this project. Cost estimates <br />for our proposed services have been prepared based on the following additional <br />assumptions: <br />• Jones Petrie Rafinski will have unlimited access to the site during daylight <br />hours; <br />• No subsurface obstructions (buried utilities or fill debris) will interfere with <br />our work; <br />• Groundwater will be encountered within 35-feet of ground surface; <br />• Inclement weather will not interfere with the completion of our field work; <br />• Soil cuttings and puirge waters will be containerized and stored in the <br />fenced -in and lockable investigative derived waste area located on the north <br />side of the subject site pending proper disposal arrangements; disposal <br />costs are included in the appropriate task estimate.
