Airport Economic Development Area <br /> (6) continued... <br /> initiate site infrastructure design work <br /> required for Phase I of the Ignition Park <br /> Master Plan. The scope of this proposal <br /> included: <br /> • Construction of the southern portion <br /> of the circle as proposed in the <br /> Ignition Park Master Plan <br /> • Extension of Cotter and Stull Streets <br /> to the circle <br /> • Construction of the new south entry <br /> road from the circle to meet with <br /> Scott Street and provide the access <br /> road into Lot 4, the Data Realty site <br /> • Design of utility infrastructure to <br /> support the Data Realty project <br /> The Phase IA infrastructure cost estimate is <br /> $2,774,663. <br /> The Resolution and the Master Agency <br /> Agreement will allow the Board of Public <br /> Works to facilitate project bidding, award <br /> contacts and manage infrastructure <br /> construction to completion. To ensure <br /> compliance with all City of South Bend <br /> standards, BPW staff will also be involved in <br /> project discussions during the design <br /> development phase. <br /> Staff requests approval of Resolution <br /> No. 2945 and the Addendum To Master <br /> Agency Agreement for Ignition Park Phase <br /> I Infrastructure Project. <br /> 20 <br />
