Mr. Kain <br /> responded yes, for a period of time. <br /> Mr. Varner asked if the proposal for five <br /> wells at $10,000 is a common cost. Is that <br /> due to depth of well or is it extraordinary <br /> because of the neighborhood? Mr. Kain <br /> explained that there are two levels of <br /> sampling. The top layer, the ground water <br /> supply, and the lower level (20 and 30 feet). <br /> The report that Hull produces will help the <br /> city figure out the level of remediation that <br /> needs to be conducted. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED PROPOSAL FROM HULL <br /> Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the ASSOCIATES TO CONDUCT OFF-SITE <br /> Commission approved proposal from Hull MONITORING WELL INSTALLATION AND/OR <br /> GROUNDWATER SAMPLING IN THE VICINITY OF <br /> Associates to conduct Off-site Monitoring OLIVER INDUSTRIAL PARK FOR THE SCOPE OF <br /> Well Installation and/or Groundwater SERVICES AND FEE PROPOSED <br /> Sampling in the vicinity of Oliver Industrial <br /> Park for the scope of services and fee <br /> proposed. <br /> (3) Resolution No. 2950 amending the <br /> Development Plan for the Airport <br /> Economic Development Area and adding <br /> one or more parcels to the List of Parcels <br /> to be Acquired. <br /> Mr. Sikora noted that on October 11, 2011, <br /> the Commission authorized staff to conduct <br /> 15 <br />
