The DLZ Study will <br />continue the concept study down through <br />LaSalle which includes a parkway down the <br />middle. To do that, the city will negotiate <br />with the state which is a 10 -15 year process. <br />What Mr. Gilot suggested is that, in the short <br />term, we look at leaving the state right -of- <br />way the same and do what we could do to <br />upgrade the street on each side. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the proposal from <br />DLS for conceptual streetscape study of the <br />Eddy Street Corridor for the scope of <br />services and fee proposed. <br />I. Douglas Road Economic Development Area <br />There was no business in the Douglas Road <br />Economic Development Area. <br />J. Other <br />(1) Proposal for Aerial Photography Update <br />of various locations. <br />Mr. Sikora noted that Aerovision Aerial <br />Photography has submitted a proposal to <br />provide updated digital aerial photography <br />for five project areas in the City that have <br />seen extensive redevelopment work in the <br />past year: Ignition Park, Oliver Industrial <br />Park, Kroc Center, LaSalle Square and <br />Coveleski Park. The City has built a photo <br />archive for many of these multi -year projects <br />and can use the photos to track progress as <br />well as have updated images for meetings <br />and presentations.
