South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting — October 25, 2011 <br />road from the circle to meet with <br />Scott Street and provide the access <br />road into Lot 4, the Data Realty site <br />• Design of utility infrastructure to <br />support the Data Realty project <br />The Phase IA infrastructure cost estimate is <br />$2,774,663. <br />The Resolution and the Master Agency <br />Agreement will allow the Board of Public <br />Works to facilitate project bidding, award <br />contacts and manage infrastructure <br />construction to completion. To ensure <br />compliance with all City of South Bend <br />standards, BPW staff will also be involved in <br />project discussions during the design <br />development phase. <br />Staff requests approval of Resolution <br />No. 2945 and the Addendum To Master <br />Agency Agreement for Ignition Park Phase <br />IA Infrastructure Project. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2945 <br />approving and authorizing the execution of <br />an Addendum to the Master Agency <br />Agreement (Ignition Park Phase I <br />Infrastructure). <br />(7) Administrative Settlement for acquisition <br />of 1528 S. Kemble. <br />Mr. Relos noted that on July 23, 2010, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2728, <br />setting the offering price for acquisition of <br />1528 S. Kemble property at $40,500, the <br />average of two independent appraisals. Staff <br />has been working with the property owner <br />since that time, to reasonably reach an <br />18 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2945 <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br />OF AN ADDENDUM TO THE MASTER AGENCY <br />AGREEMENT (IGNITION PARK PHASE 1 A <br />INFRASTRUCTURE). <br />
