These plans and specifications <br />were originally designed by Ken Herceg & Associates, Inc. in 2007. The cost to update <br />these plans and prepare them for bidding in 2011 shall be $15,000.00. <br />The need for the referenced project is necessary because of: <br />1. Restarting the project and updating the plans and specifications from 2007 <br />2.
