The company applying for this <br />tax abatement has committed to several of <br />those very important things. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2258 <br />approving an application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (Huron <br />Partners) <br />(3) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2259 approving an <br />application for real property tax deduction <br />for property located in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (LNW <br />Partners LLP, d/b/a We R Xhibits) <br />Mr. Schalliol gave the staff report on the <br />project. LNVU Partners was formed in 1995 <br />as a real estate holding company. It has <br />purchased the real estate at 4260 Ralph Jones <br />Drive and, in turn, leased it to We R Xhibits, <br />Inc. We R Xhibits is a full service exhibit <br />business that designs and manufactures trade <br />show exhibits. They provide a full line of <br />services from the design and manufacture of <br />exhibits, to trucking the clients' exhibits to <br />their destinations, to setting up and breaking <br />down the exhibits and, finally, storage of the <br />clients' trade show exhibits. The company <br />plans to construct a 13,500 sft addition to the <br />existing 24,000 sft building.
