Airport Economic Development Area <br /> (1) continued... <br /> development with the initial phase providing <br /> the continuation of Stull Street from the east, <br /> Cotter Street from the west, the connecting <br /> circle based on the Master Plan and the <br /> extension from that circle to develop Scott <br /> Street north of the existing rail tracks. <br /> Committing to the Phase I Infrastructure <br /> Project will allow the Commission to sell <br /> land along these roads to developers or future <br /> owner/occupants, such as Data Realty, for <br /> whom there is a Contract For Purchase & <br /> Sale that follows this request. <br /> Mr. Gilot noted that the city intends to <br /> construct approximately five blocks of street <br /> in order to open up Ignition Park to <br /> development. The city will also construct <br /> electrical, water and sewer, and <br /> communications infrastructure to support <br /> expected future development in the park. <br /> Infrastructure costs for Phase Al will be <br /> approximately $2,775,000 and additional <br /> BSA LifeStructure's design fee will be <br /> $128,000.
